An absolutely appalling place to do business with. I ordered a book from them and paid for it immediately. Over the next two weeks, I asked for a tracking number on four separate occasions but never received an answer. They only gave me shipping dates which differed from one another.
Having bought through Barnes & Noble, I asked them for help. They asked for a tracking number twice. No reply from Indoo.
At that point I no longer had any trust in Indoo of Avenel, NJ. So, when the book finally arrived (over two weeks after my order) I refused acceptance and sent it back. Two weeks later after the item was sent back, there was no refund. I had to get B&N to negotiate a refund. Initially, Indoo would not reimburse me for shipping but B&N finally got them to honor their contracts.
